11FAQ

Commercial questions.

What kinds of commercial properties does Altrad paint?

Offices (new fit-outs and existing space), managed commercial and residential buildings, parking garages, retail space, warehouses and industrial facilities. Altrad also installs wallcovering, applies epoxy floor coatings and paints pavement markings.

Commercial services
Our building will stay occupied. How is that handled?

Tell us about tenants, operating hours, access routes and any areas that must stay open. Those constraints are part of the scope and schedule discussion, so the plan is built around the building rather than added later.

What should I include in a quote request?

The property address, the type of building, which surfaces need work (and roughly how much), any access constraints, your preferred timing, and drawings, specifications or photos if you have them. A short description is enough to start.

Do you work with general contractors and developers?

Yes. Altrad's published project history includes work for general contractors and builders such as Double V Contracting, Economy Contracting and Amacon Construction, alongside property managers and owners.

Is there a charge for an estimate?

No. Altrad provides free estimates. Share the property address, the surfaces involved and any drawings or photos you have, and the office will arrange the next step.
