What types of managed properties does Altrad paint?
Office buildings, retail space, warehouses and residential buildings, including high-rise condominiums. The published project record includes work for property-management firms such as GWL, Triovest, Wentworth Properties and Dexterra.

Tell us about tenants, operating hours, access routes and any areas that must stay open. Those constraints are part of the scope and schedule discussion, so the plan is built around the building rather than added later.
Can parking levels be included in the same scope?
Yes. Parking garage painting, line markings and epoxy floor coatings are all Altrad services, so they can be quoted alongside common-area or exterior work.

Yes. Altrad is fully insured. If your building requires a certificate of insurance before work starts, mention it in your enquiry.
Is there a charge for an estimate?
No. Altrad provides free estimates. Share the property address, the surfaces involved and any drawings or photos you have, and the office will arrange the next step.
